1. Ensure that the TV is powered on. Use the Samsung TV Remote to power the device on.

2. Ensure that the input is set to HDMI 1 on the TV by using the Samsung TV remote to change the input.

3. Ensure that the ZeeVee Tuner box is powered on by using the ZeeVee Tuner Remote

4. Use the Channel buttons on the ZeeVee remote to determine what channel the ZeeVee Tuner box is on. For the Ribbon Wall it will be either 81.1, 82.1, 83.1, or 84.1


Locate the Ribbon Media Player (This will be either a Media Player or a Computer) in the Server Rack and ensure the device is powered on
